I offer corporate consultancy with a focus on solutions to guarantee results. This includes an initial consultation which identifies problem areas or "hot topics". A strategic plan is then designed with recommendations and timelines for projects to be completed and accomplished. Implementation of action plans may include: restructuring of protocols and procedures, addressing and changing management structure and/or style, role and process work, implementing new communication practices, team building, referrals to outside resources if needed, and pre and post tests to ensure company renovation to produce the desired results.
I specialize in leading workshops that are uniquely designed to create an interactive and experiential experience that allows individuals to explore their own creativity, improve team work and communication, and encourage risk taking and thinking "outside of the box." These workshops are designed to change the way that your company thinks, how it adapts to change, and how to perform to it's highest ability.
